PONTIANAK INFORMASI, JAKARTA – Kabupaten Kubu Raya memainkan peran istimewa dalam Japan-Indonesia Local Administration Seminar 2023 yang diadakan di Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Jakarta, pada tanggal 19 September. Acara ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Kementerian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan Komunikasi Jepang, yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat hubungan bilateral antara kedua negara.
Keikutsertaan Kabupaten Kubu Raya dalam seminar ini dianggap luar biasa, mengingat bahwa tidak semua pemerintah daerah di Indonesia mendapatkan undangan untuk hadir.
Menurut Yusran Anizam, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Kubu Raya, dari 514 kabupaten/kota di seluruh Indonesia, hanya sekitar 100 daerah yang diundang, dan Kabupaten Kubu Raya adalah salah satunya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kubu Raya dikenal sebagai salah satu daerah yang ramah terhadap investasi, bukan hanya bagi Jepang, tetapi juga bagi banyak negara lain.
Yusran Anizam, dalam penjelasannya, mengungkapkan beberapa alasan mengapa Kubu Raya begitu menarik bagi para investor.
“Pertama, potensi daerah yang strategis secara geografis. Kedua, situasi politik, keamanan, dan ketertiban yang stabil dan kondusif di Kubu Raya. Ketiga, pertumbuhan ekonomi Kubu Raya yang tertinggi di Kalimantan Barat. Jadi intinya minimal tiga faktor itu,” jelasnya.
Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kubu Raya akan terus mengembangkan kebijakan yang mendukung investasi di daerah ini.
Yusran Anizam juga menekankan pentingnya konsistensi dalam pembuatan kebijakan yang mendukung para investor yang tertarik untuk berinvestasi di Kubu Raya. Pemerintah pusat akan terus mengevaluasi potensi setiap daerah, dan Kubu Raya harus tetap proaktif dalam menarik investasi.
Japan-Indonesia Local Administration Seminar ini juga dihadiri oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia, Muhammad Tito Karnavian, serta sejumlah pejabat penting dari Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan Komunikasi Jepang, serta Duta Besar Jepang untuk Indonesia. Selain itu, dalam seminar ini juga diadakan dialog studi kasus dengan narasumber dari kepala daerah di Jepang dan Indonesia, akademisi Jepang, dan pejabat Kementerian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia.
